Stay

• Arrival is possible after 5 pm on the day of a reserved arrival (Unless its communicated differently via text)
• Departure before 10 am on the day of departure
• Smoking in the rooms is not allowed but outside no problem. Ashtrays are provided.

Payment details

By booking, you will be contacted via mail. In this email, there is a standard contract and procedure for making the payment.

The payment will be at all times done by bank transfer or Revolut*

• When a reservation is made, a 50% deposit has to be made before the date that is given in the email. (You can also opt for a 33% payment in 3 times) Only when the payment is made, the booking is final.
• The remaining amount must be paid 8 weeks before arrival or otherwise as mentioned in the mailing correspondence. A notice will be emailed.
• The reservation will be definitive and confirmed after receiving your deposit | or complete payment. An email will be sent to reassure you that the booking with payment is confirmed.
• By booking the house shorter than a month before the arrival date, the full amount must be paid at once or otherwise as mentioned in the mailing correspondence. The amount is non-refundable according to our cancellation policy. Yet, the owner will do anything in its power to re-let La Maison Louverie for the same period. If this happens, the cost of the canceled reservation will be reimbursed in total. (minus costs or commission that may have been paid to third parties)
• Errors in payments by guests will not be refunded if the payment is not equal to the emailed amount on the reservation.

* Payments may have a surcharge

Cancellation

• Cancellations need to be notified to us in writing.
• General cancellation conditions as described above may diver from the previous send cancellation policy in personal email
• We recommend that you enter into a cancellation AND travel insurance. (They are not the same…)

Liability

• The owner is not liable to the guest(s) for damage to or theft of possessions of the guest(s).
• The owner (s) is not liable for any accident or injury of the guest(s) and other people during their stay.
• For damage to the house and the terrain as well as damage to the possessions of the owner which is caused by the act or omission of the guest(s), their family members, and any visitors admitted by them.
• Guest(s) can make use of the swimming pool. The use of the swimming pool is however completely at its own risk. Children can never make use of the swimming pool without supervision from their parents. We accept no liability for the use of the swimming pool.
• Guest(s) can only bring other guests (non-rental guests) to the property on the agreement of the owner and owner alone.
• No parties allowed
• No bonfires | pit fires allowed (especially between the 15th of June and September, if done, so the mayor of the village will levy a fine)
• The security deposit will not be reimbursed if guests do not leave the premises on time on the check-out date and do not leave it ‘the way they found it’.

Pets

• Dogs are welcome (no cats)
• An enclosed garden keeps pets (and wildlife) safe, gates, fences, and doors to the outer terrain must be closed at all times
